Service Delivery Policy

Indari prepares a formal notice in Arabic, which is served on the other party by a commissaire judiciaire (مفوض قضائي) in Morocco. No physical product is shipped.

The service is delivered to you by email and by phone, in this order:

• Order confirmation by email.
• A confirmation call from our team to check the details of your case.
• A copy of the formal notice and the service report drawn up by the commissaire judiciaire, sent by email.

The following timeframes run from the phone confirmation of a complete file, meaning payment received and documents provided, and end when the file is handed to the commissaire judiciaire:

• Standard plan: 7 business days.
• Express plan: 72 hours.
• Service on the other party follows: its date depends on the commissaire judiciaire and on the other party being at the address given, and it is not included in these timeframes.

All cities in Morocco, for clients in Morocco or abroad.

No delivery fees. The commissaire judiciaire's fees are included in the price of the plan.

If the other party is absent, refuses the document or cannot be found at the address given, the commissaire judiciaire records it in an official report, and the service is considered performed. This gives no right to a refund (see our Refund Policy).
