When should I use Indari?
Whenever a person or a business isn't keeping a commitment to you and you want to remind them officially before going further: unpaid rent, an unpaid debt or invoice, a deposit not returned, work or a delivery not done, a contract not honoured. The formal notice is the first formal step, and often the only one needed.
How much does it cost?
MAD 790 for the Standard plan, MAD 990 for the Express plan. The price is fixed and known upfront. You pay by card when you submit your request, in one go.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing for the request: your details and the other party's are enough. For the call, keep your ID and the documents of the dispute (contract, invoices, messages) within reach.
Do I have to travel to Morocco?
No. The request, the payment, the call and the updates all happen remotely. The commissaire judiciaire handles the service on the ground, in the other party's city.
Who prepares and signs the formal notice?
